Questions

Everything you need to decide.

Do I need to book online, or can I walk in?

Either works. Booking online requires payment and guarantees your bike — recommended for weekends and April–September. Walk-in is welcome at both shops, subject to availability, and you pay at the desk.

Do I have to pay when I book online?

Yes — online bookings are paid in advance to secure your bike. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and you'll get a full refund.

What do I need to bring?

A valid ID (passport or EU ID card) and a deposit of €50 — card or cash. The bike, lock, and helmet are all included.

What if it rains?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. We also have rain ponchos available at the shop for €3.

Can I return the bike to a different location?

Yes — both shops accept returns from each other. Just let us know at pickup so we can confirm closing times (De Kolk closes at 17:30; Station closes at 20:00).
